Waiakea Intermediate School Robotics and the Hawaii Community Foundation presents a week of exploration into robotics with our FREE STEM Spring Camp for students ages 9 – 13. Participants will engage in various STEM related challenges such as bristlebots, water rocketry, and model cars; learn about simple machines and build vex robots; and explore programming and circuitry with Makeymakey and Ozobots. This is an action packed week of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.

Participants MUST:
- Be of eligible age to participate (9-13 years old)
- Be able to attend ALL days of the STEM Camp for the full duration.
- Be interested in STEM.
- Be able to work in small cooperative groups.
Prior robotics experience is not required to participate.
Camp Details:
Lunch and snacks are NOT provided by the Camp; however, there will be multiple break sessions.
Campers should plan on bringing water and small snack each day.
